  TONEBASE 

  

  Taking place in beautiful spaces of Opera America and Yamaha Piano Center, the first Tonebase Piano Intensive NYC drew enthusiastic pianists from across the globe, as far as Australia and Israel and as near as New York City.  Nearly 50 amateur and professional pianists gathered together for 10 days of lessons, masterclasses, recitals and an atmosphere of supportive learning, camaraderie and discovery.  Organized by Dominic Cheli, Head, and Noah Hardaway, Assistant Head of Tonebase Piano, the Tonebase Intensive featured Guest Artists Seymour Bernstein, Jeffrey Biegel, Sarah Davis Buechner, and Stephen Hough, among other luminaries of the piano world.
